Victoria V. Bach is an experienced litigator who has handled a wide variety of insurance coverage and defense matters for insurers and their commercial entities in the private and public sectors. Ms. Bach has practiced at Wilson, Elser, Moscowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP – one of the nation’s largest litigation firms – where she defended owners, landlords, general contractors, and sub-contractors in construction site accident, liability, and related matters. She also volunteers at Rachel Coalition and Partners for Justice in New Jersey, representing and advising the public on issues of children’s welfare, custody and visitation, domestic violence and matrimonial matters. As a facilitator of the September 11 legal practice through the City of New York Bar Association, she worked with legal aid society organizations in representing the families of 9/11 victims in immigration matters. Currently, Ms. Bach serves as a Member of the Board for two nonprofit organizations that represent and manage movie, art and music production.
